Who is behind Argentina Informations Website?

I am François Painchaud a Latin America enthusiast when I am not indulging in the other great passion of my life, creating internet strategies.

And, one day, I went to Latin America.

That visit marked the opening of a completely new chapter in my life. I fell in love with these countries. For well over a year, I have been living and traveling in Latin America. I now want to share the fruits of my experiences and research with you.

Why Latin America

“So what’s an internet strategist doing, putting up an Argentina Travel Website?” I can almost hear you ask. Well, I have been fortunate enough to have a wide range of experiences in my life so far.

My first contact with the World Wide Web dates back to 1994, when I was working with information technology. In 1998, exposure to server management and the Linux Operating System literally dragged me into the fascinating world of the internet, servers, and data transfers. Soon afterwards, I quit my job and set up my own company offering internet strategy consulting to Canadian SMEs.

Exciting Times

Those were exciting times, and I plunged headlong into everything I could lay my hands on. My company took up implementing websites, designing software, providing different kinds of solutions, hosting critical data – you name it and we did it.

On the way, we served various sectors like retail, services, transportation, construction, aviation, city portals, marketing, advertising, real estate, special events, and many more. We implemented many solutions – informational, promotional, and event oriented; search engine optimization and e-commerce. We ventured into the world of complete software solutions, from customer relationship management (CRM) to integrated management software.

Over 400 websites and internet strategy projects later, I was ready to look back with satisfaction at what I had achieved in terms of internet marketing, ergonomics, and business management. And now, on to new and exciting Internet projects
